Siena Place’s Grand Opening
JKR Partners Principal David Urffer, Project Manager Deidre DeAscanis and Designer Samantha Chan Kim attended the grand opening of Siena Place - a master planned community of 313 luxury townhomes on 80 acres of long-vacant land in South Philadelphia.
In addition to designing the homes, JKR Partners designed the master plan for the project. The neighborhoods created are connected by a series of greenways and parks, which weave the community together and provide an unusually large amount of open space for an urban project.
The variety of housing types and exterior options give the developer maximum marketing flexibility while creating the diversity of a vibrant, cohesive development.
