As part of the overall renovation of Trilogy, the former Cedarbrook Apartments Complex, JKR Partners was hired to convert the previously vacant space into the new nightclub/restaurant. Natural light, a sense of openness, and casual sophisticated dining are the three basic principles that were used to shape the design of Plate. One of our goals was to find creative solutions to bring natural light into the dining room. JKR accomplished this objective by limiting high walls that separate the bar and dining areas and by using predominately white wall treatments.
