On May 4, 2003, Jackson, Tennessee was devastated by a series of tornadoes. The town’s resulting redevelopment plan recognized the need for an entertainment zone in close proximity to the downtown commercial district. In this project, JKR Partners, engaged by local business men, has created a vibrant, pedestrian friendly destination with restaurants, 75,000 square feet of retail space, and an outdoor amphitheater which will serve as performance space during the town’s annual Blues festival.
